Recruiting, keeping, and thriving with a diverse staff is a constant and ever evolving challenge, requiring a toolbox of solutions, and the ability to be flexible.
Diving into the systems that keeps REAL inclusivity from happening, this session will shine a light on why intellect-only commitments to diversity don't work. Through exploring structural hierarchy as well as unconscious bias, Dia challenges participants to think outside the traditional workplace diversity box and embrace that it needs to be much more than a company initiative.
